The Golik Group specializes in residential resale, new construction and Executive relocation.  They are a trusted partner with top employers in the area including Microsoft, Amazon and Starbucks, working with their employees to purchase or sell homes when they relocate to or from the area. They have long-standing relationships with local builders such as William Buchan, The Burnsteads and Murray Franklyn. 


Brian and Kim are members of a local networking group with other top producing agents from Seattle and the Eastside. They contribute to the community by donating a portion of each sales transaction to the John L Scott Foundation and support local food banks.  Kim is also a member of the Assistance League of the Eastside.


The Golik’s have been recognized as John L. Scott’s Top 1% producers multiple years, as well as earning Chairman’s Circle and President’s Elite awards. They met in Spokane in 1978 and are graduates of Eastern Washington University. They currently reside in Sammamish, with their dog Lucky, who keeps them laughing at her daily antics. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, entertaining, traveling, cooking, golf and skiing.
